It's Easy, Get Started Today.

  • Log into Online Banking and click the "User Services” button at the top of the page.
  • Select “E-Statement Only” under “Manage Account”.
  • Select account(s) you wish to receive E-Statements for.
  • Review the disclosure, and click “Accept.”  
  • Review the Electronic Statement Delivery Request paying special attention to the email address we have for you on file. Ensure your email address is current. Make any necessary changes to this email and click “Accept.”
  • After sign-up, you'll receive an email notification every month when your statement is ready for review. Please note that it is important to keep your email address updated to ensure your continued receipt of E-Statements.

Bill Pay

Paying bills online is convenient, plus Online Bill Pay is secure.  Your online payment is processed through a secure Internet connection passing through fewer hands than a paper check, therefore providing fewer people with your account information and your identity. This program is free to all account holders.  Online Banking is required to use Bill Pay.

How to get started:

  • Simply log in to Internet Banking and click the 'Mobile Enrollment' link on the User Services tab to register for Mobile Banking. You will need your Internet Banking credentials to enroll.
  • Select the method you wish to use, whether it's SMS (Text) Banking or Mobile Banking or both.
  • Follow the instructions you receive as text messages on your phone, and you can begin using Mobile Banking right away.
  • *The iPhone App is now available through the App Store (Search FTNB to locate.  You will be instructed to enter your authentication code.  You may text "r" to Mobile Banking to receive the code or log in to Online Banking and go to Mobile Enrollment and Get Activation Code.)  Other Apps are in development and will be released as soon as testing is completed.
  • **Cellular phone carrier charges may apply for internet access and text messaging. Contact your provider for information regarding those charges.

Blocked Transactions
From time to time, transactions may be blocked due to high incidences of fraud.

** Please be advised that all signature based debit card transactions originating in California are currently being blocked for your protection with the date being extended until further notice due to continued fraud in that area.  This means you can go to the store and complete a sale using your pin number but you cannot run a sale through your check card as a “credit” transaction. It is also likely any internet transactions using your check card originating in California will also be declined. This action was required due to excessive fraudulent activity originating in this state.  Additionally First Texoma National Bank has permanently blocked signature based transactions in the following: Brazil, Russia, Spain, UK, Ireland, Luxemburg, Saudi Arabia & Dubai.  This action was required due to excessive fraudulent activity originating in these countries and is for your protection.

Please continue to check your accounts and report fraud immediately. Call us during business hours or 1-800-791-2525 on nights, weekends, and holidays to stop your card. Some local merchants may process your card for authorization through a location we currently have blocked. This may cause your card to be denied.

Visa offers comprehensive fraud protection, but Verified by Visa goes even a step further, adding an extra layer of security at the point where you enter credit card information online. The service helps prevent unauthorized online use before it happens by confirming your identity with an additional password.

Fraudulent phishing scams are on the increase.  These scams consist of calls or text messages to cardholders in an attempt to gain access to account information. During these attempts, cardholders are informed that their debit card has been deactivated and needs to be reactivated. The cardholder is then asked to provide key account information such as card number, expiration date, PIN number and the three digit security code, in order to reactivate the affected debit card.

For your security, if you receive a call, text or email that seems questionable or suspicious and you have a question about the validity it, call us at (580) 924-4242 or 877-202-0975. No one from the bank will ever need to contact you and ask you for your card number, PIN, or validation code.
