***Applicable Overdraft Fees or Returned Item Fees will apply. The categories of transactions for which an
overdraft fee or returned item fee may be imposed are those by any of the following means: check, in-person
withdrawal, ATM withdrawal or other electronic means. The maximum amount of overdraft/returned item fees
per business day is $140.00. The same item may prompt multiple fees if presented more than once, by the
merchant. Whether your overdrafts will be paid is discretionary and we reserve the right not to pay. For example,
we typically do not pay overdrafts if your account is not in good standing, or you are not making regular deposits,
or you have too many overdrafts.
